PE timetable and clothing requirements

Nursery

  • Start PE in the Spring Term. – ‘Tumble Tuesdays’
  • Children wear joggers, t-shirts and trainers to school.

Reception

  • PE every Friday.
  • Children come to school dressed in tracksuit and wearing trainers.
  • No jewellery.

Year 1/2

  • PE every Friday
  • Children come to school dressed in tracksuits and wearing trainers. Change into t-shirts, shorts and daps if indoors – these are to be kept in school in a draw-string bag.
  • No jewellery.

Year 2

  • PE every Friday
  • Children come to school dressed in tracksuits and wearing trainers. Change into t-shirts, shorts and daps if indoors – these are to be kept in school in a draw-string bag.
  • No jewellery.

Year 3

  • Monday – Outside P.E. session – trainers and tracksuits
  • Wednesday – Inside P.E. session – shorts and t-shirt

Year 3/4

  • PE every Friday
  • Children are to change into shorts, t-shirt and daps (optional) for gymnastics and dance. Children are to wear shorts/tracksuit bottoms, t-shirts and trainers for games, athletics and adventurous activities.
  • No jewellery.
  • Swimming – swimming clothing needed when it is their turn.

 

Year 4/5

  • E. – Tuesday afternoon
  • Polo shirt, shorts and black daps for indoor.
  • Tracksuit bottoms and jacket, polo shirt and trainers for outdoor.
  • Children can come dressed in their tracksuit in the morning but must have a change of clothes.
  • No jewellery.
  • Swimming – swimming clothing needed when it is their turn.

 

Year 5/6

  • PE every Thursday
  • Children are to wear trainers, tracksuit bottoms and a change of t-shirt. Indoor PE sessions – children are to wear shorts, t-shirt and daps (optional).
  • No jewellery.
  • Swimming – swimming clothing needed when it is their turn.

Year 6

  • PE every Friday
  • Children are to wear trainers, tracksuit bottoms and a change of t-shirt. Indoor PE sessions – children are to wear shorts, t-shirt and daps (optional).
  • No jewellery.
  • Swimming – swimming clothing needed when it is their turn.
